OUR STORY
andhikkadai specializes in both traditional and fusion foods. Our aim is to offer wholesome and nutritional foods prepared hygienically at affordable prices. We are very particular about the quality of the food we offer. We are committed to hygienically preparing quality food.
Apart from live outdoor catering for special occasions, we have also participated in many events and exhibitions. To name a few, we have been a part of the Chennayil Thiruvaiyaaru carnatic music festival by Lakshman Shruthi and the EAT food festival by Rotary at Besant Nagar Beach, Moods of Margazhi. We have also participated in various exhibitions held at the Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam.

Our Journey

We launched andhikkadai as a small kiosk-based outlet outside the Nilgiris supermarket in Nanganallur to a very encouraging response.
OCT
2010

To meet growing demand we opened our second outlet, another small eatery in Nanganallur itself.
MAY
2011

We opened our third outlet, a small self-service restaurant with a seating capacity of 8 in Velachery. We offer you a live kitchen experience here. You can watch your food being prepared live.

2011

As with Nanganallur, we received a very good response and started serving breakfast also at Velachery.

We expanded our outlet at Velachery to increase the seating capacity and are continuing our exciting journey with the good will and support of all our customers.
